ST. VALENTINE'S CUPCAKE... LOVE THEM!

Per San Valentino ho fatto, ovviamente, un cupcake a forma di cuore. Questa è una ricetta di Martha Stewart con banane, cannella e... miele, per il giorno più dolce dell'anno <3

Ecco qui la ricetta:

Farina 180 gr

Zucchero 200 gr

Lievito 1 cucchiaino

Bicarbonato 1/2 cucchiaino

Burro 100 gr

Sale 1/4 cucchiaino

Banana 1

Uova 2

Vanillina 1/2 cucchiaino

Frosting:

Panna montata 200 ml

Miele 2 cucchiai

Cannella

Accendere il forno a 170 gradi. Mischiare in una ciotola farina, zucchero, lievito, bicarbonato e sale. Successivamente aggiungere il burro ammorbidito, la banana tagliata a pezzetti, le uova e la vanillina fino a quando non si ottiene una crema liscia. Mettere l'impasto nei pirottini per 3/4 (io in questo caso ho utilizzato dei pirottini di alluminio a forma di cuore) e cucinare per 20 minuti circa. 

Una volta raffreddati con una sac à poche coprire i cupcake con il frosting di panna montata con miele e cannella

For Valentine's day I made, obviously, a little heart cupake. This is a Martha Stewart recipe with bananas, cinnamon and ..honey, for the sweetiest day of the year <3

Here below the recipe:

Flour 180 gr

Sugar 200 gr

Baking powder 1 teaspoon

Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon

Butter 100 gr

Salt 1/4 teaspoon

Banana 1

Eggs 2

Vanilla 1/2 teaspoon

Frosting:

Whippead cream 200 ml

Honey 2 spoon

Cinnamon 

Preheat oven to 170 degrees. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Add butter, mashed banana, eggs and vanilla until you have a smoothy mixture. Put it in the paper cup (in this case I used aluminium heart cup) and bake for 20 minutes.

Spread tops with whippead cream mixed with honey and cinnamon.

La sera di San Valentino è d'obbligo essere TOP e per questo ho scelto: abito fiorito nei toni del rosso, blu e bianco di River Island; zeppa svettante in vernice blu navy di Giuseppe Zanotti; smalto rosso fuoco di Chanel e bracciale di Marc by Marc Jacobs.

For the Valentine's dinner the must is to wear an hyper feminine dress, so this is my outfit: flower print dress, River Island; blue navy patent wadge, Giuseppe Zanotti; red nail polish, Chanel and bracelet Marc by Marc Jacobs.
